Development Focus Areas (2025–2030)

1. Academic Enrichment

  • Introduce modern subjects like artificial intelligence, digital finance, and entrepreneurship
  • Launch certificate courses in spoken English, and accounting software
  • Promote student-led research and innovation projects
  • Launch new PG Courses like M.A.(Music), M.A.(Psychology) & M.A.(Sociolgoy).

2. Smart Infrastructure

  • Expanding classrooms with smart boards and audio-visual tools
  • Expanding the library with e-books and digital learning zones as well as expanding the library building
  • A state-of-the-art auditorium with seating for 500 students will be constructed to host academic seminars, cultural events, and community programs. This space will foster creativity, collaboration, and holistic development across disciplines.

3. Faculty Empowerment

  • Organize regular training in ICT tools and modern teaching methods
  • Support faculty research and academic publishing

4. Student Development

·        Organizing regular sessions on communication, leadership, and time management

·        Including resume writing, interview preparation, and public speaking practice

·        Pairing students with faculty or senior peers for academic and emotional guidance

·        Creating career-specific mentoring tracks (e.g., IT, finance, education)

·        Encouraging students to pitch ideas, build prototypes, and participate in start-up challenges

·        Partner with local businesses, banks, and NGOs for short-term internships
